Chicken Parmesan

4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 c. Italian bread crumbs (I use Homemade)
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp basil (optional)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg beaten
1 jar marina sauce
2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Flatten Chicken to 1 inch thick. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper in a bowl. pour in butter and mix. Dip chicken in egg then roll in dry mixture. Place in greased pan. For extra crispy chicken, spray chicken with cooking spray. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes sprinkle cheese over chicken, then add sauce to the pan. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.

We served green beans, salad, and garlic bread with ours. It was wonderful!
