Fruit Salad

Staci, is becoming the only one sending in recipes lately. And here's another one from her.


1 Large Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Large Cool Whip
3 Cans of Mandarin Oranges
2 Cans of pineapple chunks
5 bananas
1 bunch of grapes

Drain juice off of 1 can of pineapple and 1 can of oranges into a bowl. Mix in dry pudding mix. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Add in fruit and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.

YIELDS: Many servings! You will need a extra large bowl to hold it all!
You can add other fruits as well, but this is a great combo!
You can also use "Sugar Free" pudding or Light Cool whip to make the dessert less in calories.

I made this for our church picnic.
It was a big hit! Thankfully I saved some for our family at the house!
Its a light sweet that is refreshing.
