Chicken Salad

Eric has come to the rescue again & filled the recipe request!

Mayo
Bread Crumbs
Celery
Dry Italian Seasoning
Pecans
Skinless Chicken Breast
Celery Salt


Sprinkle Chicken Breast with Dry Italian Seas.
Coat with Mayo and Roll in Bread Crumbs
Put Chicken on a pan; casserole dish; etc.(lined with foil) and bake @ 350° for 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on the thickness of chicken breast. (cover chicken in pan with foil as well.)

EAT Chicken Breast as is.
MAKE Chicken Salad with leftover chicken.
Chop up the chicken, Celery, and Pecans.
Sprinkle a little of Celery Salt and pepper
Mix Mayo until desired texture reached

(Make Sandwich: add lettuce on bread.)
