Steak Diane

Denise sent in this recipe.

2 strip steaks
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Brandy

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute onions and mustard 1 minute.
Add steaks – cook 3-5 minutes per side.
Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & brandy. Finish cooking steaks to desired wellness.

You can cook your steaks in the broiler and mix the ingredients into a sauce and baste it onto your steaks in the broiler if you prefer.
