Make Them Your Own Toll House Bars

2 pkgs tollhouse cookie dough
1 pkg peanut butter chips

Pre-heat oven to 350
Grease a 9x13 baking dish – or use non-stick.
Bring dough to room temperature.
Place both rolls of dough into pan. Push dough flat into pan – spreading across whole pan.
Sprinkle peanut butter chips over dough – press in.
Bake for 20 min.

You could add in additional chocolate chips or even sprinkle espresso powder over dough and press it in before baking.

Additional Variation – Mocha Bars

8 oz pkg of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ cup mini chips

mix cream cheese & sugar.
Dissolve coffee in water & vanilla
Mix into cream cheese mixture. Spread on top of unbaked cookie dough
Sprinkle mini chips over top.
