Fried Dill Pickles

Oh these are sooooooo good! And I got the recipe from Dew On The Kudzu.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 jar sliced hamburger dill pickles
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fish fry
Mix egg and milk then dip pickles in mixture. Roll in fish fry. Deep fry in oil until golden and crisp. Drain well on paper towels.
Has anyone made the porcupine balls yet? How are they, I really want to try them, but my hubby is very picky. I might just surprise him.
The porcupine balls are good, and easy, but I would prefer them in a brown gravy.
Amber, we gotta do these pickles!
I've made porcupine balls before but the recipie I had used a greek egg lemon sauce that was too rich for me. I switched it to a brown gravy the next time - but the tomato soup one sounds interesting. Might try it with a little lemon & brown sugar to it - the sauce my grandma used for stuffed cabbage. You gave me an idea now!! Thanks!
