Saucy Chicken Skillet

Here's a recipe from Jamie.

1/2 lb (8 oz) fettucine
4 sm. chicken breast halves ( 1 lb)
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 green onions chopped or 2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup snow peas
1 tbsp oil
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 tbsp basil or parsley
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Cook pasta. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Cook chicken 5 minutes each side. Stir in cream
cheese, broth, dressing, onions, and basil. Cook and
stir until sauce thickens and chicken cooks through.
Add peas & tomatos (you can substitute peppers,
spinach, etc. or leave the veggies out all together if
you want). Cook an additional 4 minutes. Serve over
pasta.
