Parmesan Wine Bread

Jamie sent this one in.

2 cups biscuit mix
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, and dried oregano. Stir
in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, butter, and wine, egg,
and milk. Spoon into greased 8" pie plate or round
cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan
cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
