Pico de Gallo

One of my recipes.

1 large tomato, cored, seeded & coarsely chopped
1 white onion, coarsely chopped
2 limes, juiced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt & pepper
minced garlic to taste.

Mix all together & enjoy!

I got this recipe from 30 Minute Meals with Rachel Ray. And whenever I make any kind of Mexican food, I make this, instead of store bought salsa. I always make a big batch, so that way we can eat it with corn chips later. It's so yummy & it's really pretty with the bright red, white & green. Very festive!
