Turkey Salad

This is one of my Mom's recipes.

1 turkey breast
1 pk. cream cheese
1 small onion (chopped very small)
garlic powder
1/2 cup water
S & P
pickle relish (sweet or dill) or chopped celery
1/2 cup mayo

Cook the turkey breast in the crockpot w/ 1/2 cup of water, S & P.
Cook for 8 hours on high.

Take out when cooked & while still warm, not hot, chop very fine.
Mix with cream cheese, mayo, onion, garlic powder & relish or celery.

Chill for 4 hrs before serving.

Mom used to make this all the time when I was young. And it wouldn't last long. It was a treat! I haven't had it in years, I think I need to make it!
