Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad

This is one of my Recipes. You will notice real quick I am a dump cook. LOL Meaning I don't measure alot of things, it's all about taste to me.

2 lbs of Elbow Macaroni
Mayo
Mustard~just a tad
Sweet or dill pickle relish
1 Chopped Onion
5-6 boiled eggs
Salt, pepper & garlic

Cook pasta & boil eggs. Drain the pasta & cool it with cold water. Chop up the eggs. Mix all ingredients together. Clean up the bowl & sprinkle paprika on top, to make it pretty! Serve as is or put in fridge to cool off more.

cool. thanks I was looking every where for a simple recipe with out it having added thongs like celery and carrots. Who ever thought of putting all that crap in a simple salad.
