Asian Salmon

Another one from Traci.

One of Mine and Matt's favorite!

We use the frozen salmon filets that you can get at Costco or Sam's and put them in a 2 qt backing dish. We rub a little but of sesame oil on them and then pour on the Bangkok Thai Peanut Sauce, a dash of lime, one packet of Sweeten Low, toasted sesame seeds and then bake them for 20 minutes on 375.
