Interesting Chicken & Rice Casserole

Matt and I made this one up when we did not have time to go to the store and we were running low on groceries. I am on Weight Watchers, so this recipe is very low points!

In 2-qt. shallow baking dish, mix 2 cups of prepared minute rice, one can of cream of mushroom soup -- (Campbell's 98% FF), 1/2 jar of salsa (we like the green tomatillo kind), 1/4 tsp of cracked pepper, Worcestershire sauce to taste, liquid smoke to taste, 1/2 cup sour cream, one to two cans of chicken depending on how much chicken you like, 1 cup of fat free cheddar cheese.

Bake on 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
