Cheez It Casserole

I was given this idea from a co-worker. Its a great way to eat some of those canned veggies that seem to live in the pantry or lose interest when cooked the same way over and over again.

You will need:

1/2 box of Cheez It (could use any brand, I used Cheese Nips because they were on sale)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of veg-all
1 can of any other veggies
1/2 stick of butter

Place cream of mushroom soup and all veggies in a oven safe dish.
Top with crushed cheez it crackers, pour melted butter on top of crackers.

Bake for 10 minutes (or until hot and bubbly) at 350 degrees.

Fast, easy & Great taste!
