Mahi with Pineapple Chutney

My friend Candi said I could share this recipe with ya....

Marinate your Mahi in Italian dressing, lemon juice and just a little dales. Then grill it.

For the chutney:

Sauté 1 onion
1/2 a red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno
Ginger and a little cumin
Then it called for rum but I used a white wine vinegar and let it reduce...
Then add 1 pineapple, chopped
Brown sugar
Salt and pep
And a little cilantro
And lime juice
