I need a recipe for bbq pork chops I have center cut chops and can't remember how to cook them! Its been 5 years since I've bought them! HELP ME!

I don't know about how to cook them... other than the good old grill... but I do know of a GREAT Bar-B-Que sauce you can use! It's called Sweet Baby Ray's. So good, it'll make you wanna slap your momma! :)
I let them marinate over night and put some bbq on them with tenderizer. I cooked them in the oven covered for 50 minutes. They were so tender and really good. I have 3 leftover chops if anyone wants to come eat! LOL.
I just wanted something NEW to do with them, I liked them grilled too- but I didn't want to have to be outside on the grill today. Plus they can dry out on the grill.
Cooking pork is tricky because you have to cook it long enough- I always worry that I will get sick from not cooking it long enough.
