Not too long ago, I sent in a recipe for
Chicken in the Crockpot. I had gotten it out of my newest
cookbook and sent it in without trying it! Well, I
have now tried it. It was a huge hit!! The chicken
was so tender it was literally falling apart.

Things I will do differently the next time I cook
this:

1- Use less cooking wine... I could taste it. Hank
said he couldn't.
2- Whip the soup, cream cheese, and cooking wine
together to avoid lumps in the finished product.
