Featured Recipes "Hot Summer Months"

It's the first of the month & time for our Featured Recipes!!! I'm going to be doing this for the months of
& . These are the hottest months of the year & we need some recipes for things that don't heat up the kitchen.
So, please send in some recipes for things like:

Salads
Pasta salads
sandwiches
cold desserts
ice cream
finger foods
Just anything that appeals to you on a hot day, when you just don't want to slave over a hot stove.
Also things that can be taken on picnics.

Just remember these are not the only recipes that can be submitted. It's just what's being featured.
