ChiChimama's Halibut

This as you can see is from Chichimama.

Here is a recipe I made up last night...

1/2 - 3/4 lb halibut steak
1/2 cup white wine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Put halibut in the middle of a large piece of tin foil. Pour lime juice and wine on top. Sprinkle with garlic and cilantro. Seal the tin foil tightly so the liquid can't drip out, make sure to leave room for the foil to expand as you cook the fish. Place packet of fish either on a hot grill or in a 450 oven. Cook until fish flakes easily, how long depends on how thick the fish is, somewhere around 20 minutes is a good place to start if it is about an inch or so. Remove from foil, spoon some of the juice over the top and serve!
