Homemade Meatballs

Everyone loves Jamie's recipes & here's another one!

My husband loves Italian dishes. When we got married,
I was used to cooking spaghetti with scrambled meat in
the sauce. He, on the other hand, preferred
meatballs. So I came up with a simple recipe for
homemade meatballs. This is one that I make a double
portion of, and freeze half for future meals, Tiff!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 lb ground meat
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. You will have to
use your hands!! When it's mixed thoroughly, roll the
mixture out into little balls (small to medium).
Place on a lined cookie sheet that has sides, or in a
baking dish. Grease will cook out of them, and to
avoid the burning grease smell coming from your oven,
use a pan with sides! Put in the oven at 350 for
about 10-15 minutes, until brown. While they are
cooking, heat your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook
noodles. Add meatballs when you're done!
Serves up great with corn, salad, and rolls.
