Biscuit Breakfast Calzones

Here's a recipe from Jamie.


2 cans biscuits
10 eggs
pgk bacon or sausage

Use flour to roll out biscuits. Scramble eggs and
cook bacon or sausage. In the middle of each rolled
out biscuit, place egg, meat and cheese. Then fold in
half and press sides together. For pretty edges, use
fork tongs. When done, brush butter over top. Bake
at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

When made with sausage, the breakfast calzone is
awesome with salsa!
