Porcupine Balls
Aunt Renee! Here's the recipe you requested.

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion (or 1 med. onion, chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture into shallow baking pan. Combine soup and water. Pour over meat. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
