Hearty Tortellini Soup

In a large pot, combine the following ingredients:



3 14 oz cans of chicken broth
2 small or 1 large package of refrigerated tortellini pasta
1 can of diced tomatoes (may substitute a can of tomatoes and peppers)
2 tsp of garlic
4 sliced green onions
One can of sliced or chopped black olives
Basil, salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste

Simmer for 20 minutes

Garnish with Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
