Super Easy Cornbread
2 cups self rising cornmeal
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
touch of sugar (optional)
coat baking dish with butter and place in preheated oven until melted.
Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes!
