Ireland's Fudge Pie

It's the simple things in life that often bring the greatest reward! So here's a simple, sweet recipe for you guys to enjoy!


2 squares unsweet baking chocolate
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1 tsp vanilla

Melt butter & chocolate together.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
Add all ingredients to eggs.
Pour in pie plate (I use glass).
Bake 350 for 18-20 min.

(This picture was taken after my greedy family had already eaten half!)

**Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
It's not the same without the ice cream - seriously!


Notes:

-I only had semi sweet baking chocolate, but it was so good!
-No pie crust needed for this one!
