Cheese and Sour Cream Muffins

My friend Nikki made some muffins to go with her meal on Valentine's Day and they sound some kind of wonderful!

Here's what you do:
Melt a stick (1/2 cup) butter. Add in 1 cup sour cream, 2 cups self-rising flour, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it up until it forms a dough. Spoon the dough into greased mini muffin tins. Makes exactly 24 mini muffins. Sprinkle some cheese on the top of each one before baking. You know, because cheese is good. Then bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until they're done.
