In the spirit of the featured idea for September... I found a cooking tip on the Weight Watchers website that I thought would help you guys out when trying to come up with healthy sides for your meals.
"side dishes | Pan-roasting in a dry skillet is a fantastic way to up the flavor of vegetables without adding any fat. For a spicy kick, add a chopped jalapeno pepper to the pan when you roast."
