Recipe Request

I need a good recipe for homemade mac and cheese. My
boys love the stuff, but I hate serving it from a box.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have a crock pot recipe?

I have a delicious mac-n-cheese recipe that I got from the "Good Neighbors" section of the Birmingham News. It is Britling's Cafeteria's recipe, but, it's at home and I'm at work. :( I will bring it tomorrow and email it to Crystal.
