Cream Cheese Pie


8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1tsp. vanilla flavoring
Pie crust of your choice.

Whip it with a hand mixer until it is all creamy. Put it into the pie crust. I use the graham cracker one. Then put into the refrigerator until it sets. You can eat plain or top with anything of your choice. I used strawberries.
