Eclair Cake

Denise thought Staci would like this one too.

2 3 ounce boxes of vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 8 ounce tub of frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 box of graham crackers.
1 jar of ready to spread chocolate frosting

Beat first 3 ingredients together about 2 min until smooth.

Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with graham crackers (keep whole - do not crumble)
Place 1/2 of filling over crackers.
Top filling with graham crackers
Place remaining filling on crackers
One more layer of crackers

Cover & Chill 2 hours.

Microwave jar of frosting about 2 min so it is pourable.
Pour over top of cake & smooth out over top.
Cover & chill overnight.

She makes her own cranberry and applesauce... she's sent me both - yummy!!!!!
