Mexican Soup

Here's another one from Nicole. And also another one of my favorites. She made it for me, when I was sick once & it made me feel better. :)


1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of shoepeg corn (it only comes in small cans)
1 can of Rotel
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dip (by salad dressings)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 lbs hamburger meat
sour cream
taco shredded cheese (or whichever one you prefer)
corn chips

Cook and drain hamburger meat

In a BIG pot add the following...
Hamburger meat
All the can goods (don't drain)
Ranch dip package
Taco seasoning

Place on stove on medium heat till its hot enough to serve.

Top it with sour cream, cheese and corn chips.

Take some Beano cause you'll need it!
