Black Bean Casserole

Ingredients
•1 pound ground beef
•1 can black beans, undrained
•1 package McCormick taco seasoning mix
•1 can corn, drained
•1/2 cup chunky salsa
•1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
•1 cup broken up tortilla chips

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat in large skillet over medium heat, drain.

Add beans, taco seasoning, corn, and salsa to the meat, simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer mixture to 9"X13" baking dish, sprinkle on cheese and tortilla chips.

Bake for 10 minutes, until warm.

I served mine with shredded cheese and sour cream. YUMMO.
