Cream Cheese/Rotel Dip

This dip is great for entertaining... you can do it in a crock pot or in the microwave. Here's my crockpot version

1 lbs hamburger meat (COOKED)
1 can of rotel
2 blocks of cream cheese

add it in the crockpot and leave it on low. serve with chips!

    You can also do this with Sausage. Jimmy Dean works great! Gives it more of a kick. Not great for kids, but great for aduls and teens.
