My Aunt Renee, sent us this great idea!
For those of you who like to bake but hate it when your favorite cake sticks to the pan, try this homemade version of "Cake Release". It works every time!
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup oil
1 cup shortening
Mix well and store in an airtight container. Does not need to be refrigerated. A pastry brush works great for spreading.
