Ritz Chicken (EASY & FAST)

Ingredients:
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of chicken & mushroom soup
4-6 Boneless Chicken breast
1 8 oz container of sour cream
Garlic, Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces
Boil chicken, season with Garlic powder or fresh garlic, salt & pepper. Drain Chicken after cooked. (its okay to leave it a little pink, it will finish cooking in the oven)
In a separate pan, warm Soup & Sour cream, but do not boil
Melt butter on stovetop or microwave and then add crushed Ritz crackers to butter. Stir.
Using a 9x13 pan, place chicken on bottom, then add the soup/sour cream mixture and top with Ritz/butter mixture
Bake for 20- 25 minutes in oven. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.

Yields 6 servings

Delicious! Moist, Creamy and perfect for any time of the year!
