This is what Amber had to say: The Porcupine balls were good and a big hit with most. Codie(5 yr old nephew) asked Jamie if I had any more porcupines! J.R.(husband), on the other hand, didn't care for them. I didn't know this until last night. I made them for the second time and he wouldn't eat them. He isn't a big fan of rice though. The rest of us really liked them and they would be good too with a brown gravy. I served them over rice and we had green peas and fried okra.
Are you talking about brown gravy instead of tomato soup or over the porcupine balls?
