Lemon Ice Box Pie
This is seriously my ALL time favorite pie! My Granny used to make it. It's soooo easy & Heavenly.
DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE!
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk or cheaper brand
2 large lemons (juiced) or 1/2 cups of concentrated juice (this is what I use)
2 egg yolks
Graham cracker crust
Mix all ingredients with a spoon & pour into the crust. It will thicken the more you stir. Then refrigerate until it sets. Don't use a mixer or you will have to drink it. :)
I normally top mine with a dollop of Cool Whip!

This is my FAVORITE! My husbands grandmother makes it. I asked my mother to make it a few years back for my birthday. She made it and added meringue to the top, totally ruined.
