This is something that I threw together one day & it turned out great!
Boneless skinless chicken
can of cream of chicken soup
can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pack of brown gravy mix (I use the Walmart kind)
garlic salt or minced (I use minced)
S & P
You may also need to add a bit of water.
Put it all in the crockpot & cook until chicken is good & done. You can leave the chicken that way or shred it a bit. If you use the tenderloins, they pretty much brake up on their own. Serve it over egg noodles. See, I told you it was easy!

Yum! Sounds De-lish! The only thing I would add to it is sour cream at the end, but that's just because I am a total sour cream junkie!!
